Return & Refund Policy

At NINE MAGNETS, we take pride in crafting high-quality, personalized fridge magnets from your cherished memories. Since each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped and delivered. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

✅ Damaged Images – If your product arrives with damaged or unclear images, you may be eligible for a refund.
✅ Non-Delivery – If your order is not received, we will issue a full refund.

Refund Process

1. Initiate a Request – Contact us at ninemagnetsindia@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
2. Provide Proof – Share clear images of the damaged product or an order confirmation showing non-delivery.
3. Claim Verification – Once we review and verify your claim, we will process the refund and the amount will be credited within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

❌ No refunds will be issued for reasons other than image damage or non-receipt of the product.
❌ Refund requests made beyond the specified time frame will not be accepted.
