How do I order custom fridge magnets?

2. Upload your high-resolution photo or design on our website from various media like mobile phone, camera, Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, etc., in JPEG or PNG format.
3. Place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Can I customize my fridge magnets?
Yes! You can add text, custom designs, and images to make your order unique.
What image formats do you accept?
For the best quality, upload JPEG or PNG files. High-resolution images ensure crisp, vibrant prints on your magnets.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes! You can order just 9 personalized fridge magnets or hundreds of bulk fridge magnets—it’s totally up to you!

How long does shipping take?
- Personalized photo magnet orders: 2-3 business days after we receive your order.
- Bulk and corporate orders: 3-5 business days max (we can expedite on special request!).

Returns & Support
What if my magnets arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, just send us a photo within 24 hours, and we’ll send a replacement ASAP!
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes must be made within 4 hours of ordering by email only at ninemagnetsindia@gmail.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Since our magnets are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds, and all sales are final. But if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right!
